About Kat

Presence & Connection

Kat works with sound healing and music in a myriad of ways, to help people heal and transform their lives. Kat uses the Harp, Sound healing, Drumming and Piano. Kat brings her gentle presence to every aspect of her work, and facilitates connection to sound, self, and spirit.  

Embracing the present moment

 Bringing a client back into their own presence through sound healing, reconnecting to self. Experiencing the joy of connection such as being fully immersed in the present moment of a drumming circle.  

Connecting via the heart to music

Helping a student connect to sound and music at the piano, and thereby being fully present at that moment. Facilitating a life-long love of music.

We are all looking more and more, to live through presence and connection. It is something Kat seeks to embody across all parts of her life, whether through sound healing, teaching, harpestry, drumming, or just in day to day living. Learning to live with gentle kindness for herself and those around her.
